Hi, I’m Ayo and I wear quite a few hats…
Lawyer, Founder, Speaker, Author…just to name a few.
As founder and lead consultant at Lead Collective, I bring with me over a decade of experience in legal advisory, compliance, and financial services. I work with startups, scale-ups, and institutions across the UK, Europe, and Africa.
I am currently also the Managing Director, Head of Compliance/Risk and MLRO of an international financial group, overseeing compliance and governance across the business.
At the heart of my work is a desire to make legal and compliance support accessible, understandable, and empowering – not intimidating. Through courses, consulting, and content, I equip founders, professionals, and organisations to move forward with structure, strategy, and peace of mind.
This desire also lead me to write a book titled ‘Build Your Business Right: 7 Legal Strategies To Avoiding Common Business Mistakes’. The book is designed for both new and experienced entrepreneurs and breaks down complex legal concepts into easy, actionable steps. Each chapter is filled with insights and practical advice that empower you to avoid costly mistakes and strengthen your business with confidence.
