Heathrow- Bear Wish
The advert starts as a forgetful Edward Bair is reunited with his hat by (very) petite white-furred stewardess Doris. Over the years, the couple meet at the same Christmas tree at the arrivals terminal. The advert managed to pack in 50 years of aviation history into a love story about two bears
There is no greater feeling than being wrapped in the arms of a loved one at Christmas and the advert captures this unique feeling and make people feel even more excited to welcome friends and family this festive season.
Debenhams- You Shall Find Your Fairy Tale Christmas
This advert really uses what must of us are addicted to nowadays, social media. #YouShall dominated Twitter which was appropriate given the role social media played in the ad. It was an old-fashioned love story with a twist. A chance meeting between boy and girl turns into a Cinderella story. In a rush, the girl drops her shoe and by using social media, the boy is reunited with his girl.
Debenhams crafted a little gem which gently pulls at your heartstring in an uplifting and refreshing way. I love cheesy Christmas romance so the massage of this fairytale love won me over
Pandora- Do get what you wish for
Some of the best Christmas adverts come from jewellers, and Pandora did not disappoint. This advert shows women who are close to my own heart! Ladies are dropping hints and using all kinds of trickery to ensure that the men in their lives buy them the exact necklace, ring or bracelet they want.
More than anything, the advert urges men to celebrate magical moments this Christmas with gifts their partner’s will never forget.
The advert also taught me to be very specific about my hints for a Christmas present.

Waitrose- Christmas Together
This advert hit the right notes for me because it is not your typical supermarket Christmas advert. It is not set in a home or a supermarket.
It is set at the remote 17th century Tan Hill Inn near Richmond in the Yorkshire Dales, where drinkers have been snowed in at 1,732 feet some 50 times since 2005.
What I loved most was the focus on community spirit through the sharing of food and friendship, making Christmas happen wherever you are and no matter the circumstances.
